Welcome to the captivating world of books, man’s most faithful companion, at the CRD Patna Book Fair, Bihar’s most popular cultural and educational event. Once again, Patna is set to host the eagerly awaited CRD Patna Book Fair in December 2026. Recognizing the need for a dynamic platform to exchange ideas and insights from the vast world of literature, the Patna Book Fair, which began its journey in 1985, now celebrates its 42st year. This year, the fair will be held from December 4th to 15th, 2026, at the historic Gandhi Maidan, Patna.
Theme 2026
This year, the Patna Book Fair embraces the theme “Wellness – A Way of Life”, highlighting the importance of balance, health and harmony in our everyday living. Through books, conversations and cultural exchanges, the fair seeks to inspire a deeper understanding of physical, mental and emotional well-being. Visitors will discover a wide range of literature, ideas and activities that celebrate wellness not just as a practice, but as a way of living meaningfully and joyfully.
